Back in 2002 your humble servant GRILLO (moi) reviewed the new wave of stupid new soft drinkies and was underwhelmeded. Und things ain't much better today, George.

Pepsi Blue is apparently over und done with. Can't say as it vill be missed. It took them a year and a half to realize that no one was drinkin' that splop? Und yet, now that it's gone, I misses it.

Pepsi Twist is still here, though. Blearghhhh.

Is dnL (caffeinated 7up) still around? Me can't find it on me local shelveses. Me doesn't WANT any, mind you, but it is good to know that it is there.

Didn't they say Mt.Dew Code Red was a limited thing only lastin' a year? Guess they lied. It needs to go away now. Mt.Dew LiveWire is OK though. I put it on my houseplants and they tell me they enjoy it. They tell really absurdical jokes when they is all caffeeeeeeened up, like this one about a baboon who said to the bartender that he saw a naked nun in the men's room, and the bartender says "if she's naked, how'd you know she's a nun?", and... well, never mind.

Tropical Sprite Remix tastes like putrid dishwater filtered through old clown socks. Me kinda likes it. Berryclear Sprite Remix is out now but me hasn't sampled it. I hear tell through the apevine that there is a produck called Sprite Ice out there somewheres that is a MINT flavored Sprite. I also hear tell that it tastes like Scope, but me loves Scope.

Even stoopider, there are rumors of a blue Sprite. INSIPID FOOLS, HAST THOU NOT LEARNEDED THY LESSON??? Grillo (yours truly) wants to see GRAY Sprite, now that vould be someting.

Surge drinkers have even less of a life than old Grillo.
